Scotty Austin has used his natural talent and ear for distinct sounds to produce expressive song lyrics and music throughout his career. His hard work and dedication have continued to be met with astounding results, even landing him on a #1 hit video game soundtrack with the band Supernova Syndicate for the smash hit game Dead Rising. This led to him becoming the band leader for Jonathan Singleton, one of Nashville’s biggest singer-songwriters, and also playing lead guitar in the group Full Devil Jacket on their second record. Established in 2004, Saving Abel has spearheaded the genre of rock and since 2013, Scotty has been fronting the multi-platinum and internationally renowned band. Together for almost a decade, they have toured the United States and even abroad. Scotty Austin has used his artistry and extraordinary flair for songwriting to bring unparalleled entertainment to music fans everywhere. September Mourning

September Mourning is a metal band, which incorporates a transmedia dark culture project created by Emily Lazar and Marc Silvestri. The conceptual project was formed by frontwoman, vocalist, and screamer Emily Lazar in New York in 2009. The concept narrative created by Lazar and incorporated into the band and the center of their performance around the fictional story of a human-grim reaper hybrid named September, as she navigates the worlds of the living and the dead. The character’s human side possesses the empathy to give some human souls a second chance. The story is presented on different media platforms, including music, comic books, and live concerts. The comic books are published by Top Cow Productions Image Comics. Facebook | Instagram | Website

Rick Monroe and the Hitmen

For years Rick Monroe has been a solo artist hiring players as needed and doing the Nashville shuffle of interchangeable bands, but during covid everything changed. In 2020, Rick and the band, with Bobby Perkins & Alan Beeler, were set to have an amazing year starting off with a West Coast tour when the world shut down. Instead of everyone going their own way, they all stuck together and started streaming live shows from their basements, garages, and living rooms. At the same time, Rick and Alan Beeler started a standing Tuesday writing meeting which eventually became the bulk of their current album. Through some mutual friends, Rick met Malcolm Springer and they decided to track a few songs and see how it went. Once in the studio, it was obvious that this was quickly becoming more of a band situation and when Malcolm brought Jason Bohl in, the sound finally came together. Rick joked one night about how the band was killing it and bam- someone said “The Hitmen”- and that was that. Facebook | Instagram | Website

The Lonely Ones

Formed in the summer of 2019, The Lonely Ones are a four-piece vocal-oriented hard rock band with an ear for melody and a taste for success. Their first singles “Eternal Sadness” and “The Lonely One” from their yet untitled album were released in March of 2020.  Facebook | Instagram | Website

Bourbon House

Bourbon House is a modern rock ‘n’ roll band whose music is just as timeless and infectious as their predecessors Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and Bad Company, to name a few. Lead by the powerful and unique vocals of Lacey Crowe, Jason Clark (lead guitar) Steve Lotharius (bass) and Alec Martin (drums) make up the Wisconsin-based rock band. Crowe and Clark founded the band in 2017 and have been on an upward trajectory ever since the release of their debut self-titled EP.
Following the release of their single “Resonate” in July 2022, Bourbon House made Classic Rock Magazine’s “Hot List” with a full-page feature in their September issue and was named one of 15 Rising Rock Bands by acclaimed music journalist Matt Wake. The single is the third nomination for Bourbon House by Classic Rock Magazine (Devil on my Heels and Too High to Care were also nominated) for their fiercely competitive Track of the Week competition, for which they’ve taken home first and third place respectively.
Both “Resonate” and their following single “Out for Blood” were featured on Apple’s New in Rock playlist. “Out for Blood” also made Matt Pinfield’s Weekly Rock Countdown, Live One’s #WCE: ROCK station, and Live One’s New Rock Now playlist. Their latest singles, “High Road Gypsy” (September 2022) and “Blue Magic” (November 2022) have already become fan favorites.
Bourbon House’s music has an uncompromising honesty to it that draws fans in from the beginning. The desire to create an escape within their music is the driving force behind their artistry. Their music pulls in influences that go beyond just sonic themes and ventures into broad and interesting topics within their lyrics, as both Crowe and Clark are gifted writers themselves. Bourbon House is poised to develop its signature sound and style even further with these next releases. Facebook | Instagram | Website

Native Son

Native Sons started simply as a recording project in 2018 by a group of enthusiastic musicians in Louisville, Kentucky. Lead singer Ashton Blake and his bandmates caught the ear of Maryland-based HighVolMusic’s founder Bill Chavis, who not only helped launch their first album, he also came up with the name “Native Sons,” inspired by his own Native American roots.
The line-up of NATIVE SONS has since changed into a working and touring band, playing well-known venues such as the infamous Whisky A Go Go in Los Angeles and large festivals including Monsters of Rock Cruise’s Monsters on the Mountain two years in a row, Nashville’s RocknPod Expo, and Brad Lee’s Masquerade Madness. They have also shared the stage with former Dokken guitarist George Lynch, Kickin Valentina,  and Resist and Bite. NATIVE SONS has been celebrated among 200 other artists in Spotify’s New Classic Rock in North America Playlist in 2021 and 2022.
With 2023 on the horizon, NATIVE SONS looks forward to the release of their new album Shadow Head in March along with an extensive tour. Two songs from Shadow Head have already been released on video and all streaming outlets: “Drama” and “Red Leather Woman.” Be prepared for NATIVE SONS coming to your town; you don’t want to miss them.
